Role Description Join a Mission-Driven Team Dedicated to Serving Seniors and Families. At Jarvis Law, we are seeking a Receptionist (Client Service Representative) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about helping seniors and families navigate estate planning and elder law with confidence and peace of mind, we want to hear from you. In this key role, you will be responsible for: - Answering questions and directing calls to the correct team members - Supporting our busy team members in various ways Key Responsibilities - Answering Incoming Calls - Screens Calls - Answers basic questions about the firm - Take messages - Directs incoming calls - Make notes of all calls & correspondence within the client matter - Obtain answers to client questions & convey answers back to the client (gatekeeper!) - Following up with internal staff to ensure clients have received a response regarding their questions - Ensuring all clients who leave a voicemail receive a call back within 24 hours - Creating client matters for new prospects - Assists other staff and performs general office tasks as requested Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required - Strong customer service experience and the ability to communicate professionally - Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and support multiple roles - Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly - Commitment to handling sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism - Prior experience managing multiple line phones is desired - Prior customer service experience Requirements - Location: Remote – must be able to work from one of our three offices for training (Ohio or West Virginia applicants only) - Schedule: Full-time position with standard office hours - Dress Code: Business Professional Benefits - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a law office setting - Growth opportunities within the company - Valued consistent effort and contributions

Role Description Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our rapidly growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, court personnel, visitors, and staff, the receptionist's role is critical for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive image of the firm. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. - Answering high-volume phone calls, screening, and transferring calls to appropriate individuals within the firm. - Manage firm's digital voicemail and fax inbox. - Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and support. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or similar administrative role. - Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and general law firm operations preferred. - Strong technical proficiency with office software and administrative systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management abilities. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
