Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience (or commensurate experience). - 7+ years of program or project management experience, including direct management of staff. - Demonstrated experience as a primary client-facing point of contact on a complex program, owning the relationship day to day. - Experience running a structured delivery operating model across multiple concurrent workstreams, with hands-on dependency, risk, and action management. - Working knowledge of Agile / SAFe delivery, including sprint planning, PI planning, and cadence-based coordination.
