• Perform technical skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of generators. • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of generators both during normal working hours and after-hours, weekends and holidays as directed. • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance service and/or repairs of generators. • Read and interpret operational manuals, electrical schematics, universal generator literature, and work orders to perform required maintenance and/or repairs. • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report them and any other unusual situations to the service manager in a timely manner. • Stay current on National Fire Protection Association and State regulations for Emergency Power Supply Systems. • Create reports for all work performed in FieldServio. • Communicate report findings through but not limited to phone calls, emails and in person communication. • Conducting equipment commissioning for the industrial and MPS products.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver License
- 4 years servicing and troubleshooting of Emergency Power Supply Systems (EPSS)
- Working knowledge of mechanical design, AC and DC circuitry, power generation, wiring schematics, and connection diagrams
- Working knowledge of Engine maintenance and troubleshooting of natural gas fuel systems.
- Knowledge of power generation; light tower, pumps, and heating products
- Working knowledge of diesel or gaseous engines
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to make independent decisions, and work with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of transfer switch operations
- Ability to obtain and maintain Generac certification in the air-cooled and protector series courses
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Ability to provide detailed reports within 24 hours
- Ability to manage and respond to emails, texts, and phone calls in a safe and timely manner
- Excellent conflict and resolution skills
- Able to observe, identify and relay critical information to the company, customers, or coworker.

Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

• Perform commercial HVAC/R service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs • Diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions • Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and related equipment • Service commercial HVAC equipment ranging from 1–50 tons • Work on commercial refrigeration systems, gas and oil-fired boilers, electrical systems, and digital controls • Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships • Follow service standards, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions • Accurately complete work orders and service documentation using mobile and web-based applications

• Responsible for performing the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and testing of TechnipFMC and customer equipment on oil drilling and production units. • Works on an on-call basis in both offshore and onshore environments, nationally and internationally. • Installs and performs interventions on subsea equipment in offshore environments (TH, ANM, THD, MCV, among others). • Establishes and maintains communication with customer representatives regarding technical procedures, spare parts requirements, and critical operational data. • Completes field service reports following each service intervention. • Supports new projects, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and System Integration Tests (SIT).
