Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

• Perform commercial HVAC/R service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs • Diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions • Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and related equipment • Service commercial HVAC equipment ranging from 1–50 tons • Work on commercial refrigeration systems, gas and oil-fired boilers, electrical systems, and digital controls • Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships • Follow service standards, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions • Accurately complete work orders and service documentation using mobile and web-based applications
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical school or training program
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management skills
- Ability to safely operate a service vehicle and maneuver in tight spaces
- Willingness to learn and work on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Valid Driver’s License
- EPA Certification
- OSHA Certification
