• CPQ Quoting: Own day-to-day configuration, pricing, and quoting via Salesforce CPQ for routine and complex deals — reviewing for accuracy, applying standard discounting, and escalating non-standard terms for approval. • Process Improvement: Identify and help fix inefficiencies in the quote-to-cash workflow; support automation efforts and template updates; help ensure adherence to revenue recognition standards (ASC 606). • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards tracking quote turnaround time, approval rates, and discount trends; deliver weekly insights to Sales leadership. • Sales Enablement: Be a go-to resource for reps on quoting best practices and deal structuring; troubleshoot quote-to-order issues and participate in deal reviews. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal on process changes; help train new hires on self-service CPQ tools. • Risk Management: Flag pricing discrepancies or compliance risks and support resolution to protect margins.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk, ideally with hands-on CPQ experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce CRM, and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive, clear communication
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Nice to have: Experience with SaaS pricing models (subscription, usage-based) or international deals
- Nice to have: Exposure to Tableau or Power BI

Role Description The Concrete Technology and Sustainability Manager serves as Orion's technical authority for structural concrete materials and its low-carbon concrete program. This role develops, optimizes, and validates proprietary concrete mix designs across Orion's self-perform scopes and leads the company's embodied-carbon strategy, including Global Warming Potential (GWP) reduction, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) development, and response to client sustainability requirements on mission-critical, data center, and industrial pursuits. Working across Business Development, Estimating, and Field Operations, the position translates deep materials expertise into predictable field performance, defensible carbon reductions, and clear, data-backed value for internal teams and clients. This is a fully remote role for a self-directed subject-matter expert with the credibility to represent Orion's technical capabilities to sophisticated clients, general contractors, suppliers, and testing laboratories.
