• Lead churches through a successful launch across Tithely products including Giving, Apps, ChMS, Sites, and add-ons. • Provide high-touch, time-bound 1:1 onboarding and care for assigned accounts. • Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience through 1:1 video meetings, phone calls, email and inbox communication, webinars, and additional onboarding activities as needed. • Drive retention efforts by proactively engaging customers who are at risk of cancellation. • Position and sell Premium Onboarding for customers who want continued, guided onboarding assistance. • Coordinate smooth handoffs to long-term or lifetime care services for high-value customers. • Drive successful launches as a core KPI and consistently meet or exceed Scorecard metrics. • Track and manage onboarding accounts efficiently using tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
