• Projetar, construir e manter pipelines de dados batch, near real time ou streaming. • Integrar fontes diversas, incluindo bancos de dados, APIs, arquivos, documentos, sistemas corporativos e ambientes cloud. • Criar camadas de dados confiáveis para analytics, aplicações de IA, RAG, embeddings e automações. • Implementar processos de ingestão, transformação, modelagem, qualidade, validação e monitoramento de dados. • Trabalhar com dados estruturados e não estruturados, incluindo documentos, logs, tabelas, eventos e bases transacionais. • Apoiar a preparação de dados para uso por agentes, modelos, mecanismos de busca semântica e aplicações inteligentes. • Implementar práticas de governança, linhagem, data contracts, versionamento e documentação. • Tratar dados sensíveis com boas práticas de segurança, privacidade, anonimização e mascaramento. • Trabalhar junto aos times de IA, Machine Learning, Plataforma, Produto e Full Stack para entregar dados no formato, tempo e qualidade necessários.
Job Requirements
- Experiência com engenharia de dados em ambientes cloud, híbridos ou corporativos.
- Conhecimento sólido em SQL e Python.
- Experiência com Spark, Databricks, Airflow, dbt, Data Factory, Glue, Kafka ou ferramentas equivalentes.
- Familiaridade com data lake, lakehouse, data warehouse e modelagem de dados.
- Experiência com ETL, ELT, orquestração, monitoramento e tratamento de falhas.
- Conhecimento em qualidade de dados, testes, performance e rastreabilidade.
- Capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas fontes e formatos de dados.
- Atenção a segurança, LGPD, governança e controle de acesso.
- Diferenciais: Experiência com pipelines para RAG, embeddings, bases vetoriais e preparação de documentos para IA.
- Conhecimento em pgvector, busca híbrida, busca semântica ou mecanismos de recuperação de contexto.
- Vivência com catálogos de dados, linhagem, data observability e data contracts.
- Experiência com CDC, arquitetura orientada a eventos ou streaming.
- Conhecimento em DLP, classificação de informação, mascaramento e anonimização.
- Experiência em ambientes com múltiplos sistemas legados e requisitos corporativos de segurança.
