• Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media, paid ads, websites, and campaign initiatives. • Craft compelling narratives with strong hooks, pacing, and platform-optimized storytelling techniques. • Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished, performance-driven deliverables. • Integrate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to elevate overall content quality and engagement. • Convert long-form content into high-performing short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts). • Partner with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives. • Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards and evolving platform best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced environments such as agency, D2C, or eCommerce
- Advanced skills in editing tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven video tools (e.g., Runway ML or similar) to enhance creative production and efficiency
- Strong understanding of content formats and performance dynamics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms
- Ability to edit with a focus on storytelling and marketing outcomes, including CTR, engagement, and ROAS
- Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, sound design, and a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, high-performing content
- Skilled storyteller with a sharp eye for detail, trend-savvy, and able to thrive under tight deadlines in a high-growth environment
- Team-oriented yet independent, leveraging a data-driven mindset to test, optimize, and improve content performance.
