Role Description The Revenue Cycle Department has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Coding. This role oversees coding operations for Dermatology services, including General Dermatology, Dermatopathology, Cosmetic Dermatology, and Mohs procedures. The ideal candidate will work under minimal supervision to supervise coding program(s) and lead a high-performing coding team, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. - Support coding staff - Reduce redundancies in workflows - Keep timecard and measure productivity - Supervise a high-volume coding team, balancing workload distribution, quality assurance, and performance management. Shift - 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday Work From Home (WFH) - This is a work from home position. Applicants must live in the State of Texas. Qualifications - Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or closely related field, or - Associate's Degree in Health Information Management and/or closely related field, or - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Experience: - 3 years progressive coding experience with Bachelor's Degree, or - 5 years progressive coding experience with Associate's Degree, or - 7 years progressive coding experience with High School Diploma. - 1 year experience in a lead capacity. - A coding certification or billing/coding diploma may be substituted for 1 year of experience.
