Role Description Bluecore is adding an Asset Management Analyst to sit in the intersection of Operations and the Investment team. This role offers direct exposure to all aspects of the investment lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership. Our Asset Management Analyst will support budgeting, underwriting analysis, and operational performance monitoring across our multifamily portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that asset-level operating performance is measured against underwriting assumptions and annual budgets — and for explaining why it diverges when it does. This is a high-visibility seat with direct exposure to portfolio leadership and a strong pathway into asset management or acquisitions. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field. - 1-4 years of experience in multifamily or commercial real estate — asset management, property accounting, acquisitions, FP&A, or valuation/appraisal backgrounds all considered. - Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (ability to build and audit models). - Familiarity with multifamily operating statements and key metrics (NOI, economic occupancy, trade-outs, expense ratios). - Proficient in PowerPoint and have experience preparing investment materials. - Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets (rent rolls, T-12s, budgets). Preferred Requirements - At least one year of experience with multifamily underwriting and development projects. - Experience with construction budgets, draw processes, and cost tracking. - Exposure to AI tools or interest in applying technology to investment workflows. - Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or comparable property management systems. • Support the discovery, design and implementation of new functionality and ongoing commercial operations. • Work from home on the Global Sales CRM and Marketing Systems in the implementation of Marketo and integration with the D365 System. • Drive the quality and nurturing of leads that are then funneled to the Sales teams for qualification. • Be the central point of contact and bridge between the business (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) and the CRM & Marketing development and maintenance teams. • Engage in a self-directed process of discovery and documentation of requirements from the business to prepare for future upgrades and enhancements to the system. • Be responsible for providing clear documentation on all aspects of the project from initiation and definition of scope, through the analysis, requirements, design, development, testing and delivery phases of the project. • Research new technologies and improvements to business systems that can improve data quality, increase sales and cut costs.
