Role Description As a Link Builder, you will play a critical role in executing large-scale link-building campaigns that support the SEO strategies of a diverse portfolio of brands. Working within our SEO Delivery team, you will be responsible for building and managing high-quality backlinks using our proprietary systems, internal processes, and established quality standards. This role is suited to an experienced link-building professional who can confidently manage multiple campaigns, identify quality link opportunities, and consistently deliver against production targets. You will work collaboratively with the SEO team to execute scalable link-building campaigns while contributing ideas to improve processes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities - Reporting to and working closely with the Link Manager and SEO team to execute link-building strategies that support client SEO campaigns. - Building and managing backlinks using internal platforms, workflows, and proprietary systems while maintaining quality and compliance standards. - Researching, evaluating, and identifying relevant websites and link opportunities based on established qualification criteria. - Reviewing prospective websites for quality, authority, relevance, and compliance with internal guidelines before link acquisition. - Managing multiple concurrent link-building campaigns while consistently meeting delivery targets, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times. - Maintaining accurate campaign records by updating internal systems, trackers, and documentation throughout the link acquisition process. - Monitoring completed backlinks to ensure successful placement and proactively identifying issues requiring remediation. - Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows. - Collaborating closely with SEO Specialists, Delivery teams, and Operations to achieve monthly campaign objectives. - Supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes by providing feedback and recommendations to enhance efficiency and campaign performance.
