Senior Project Manager, Creative Services

• Lead creative projects across multiple client accounts, balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, and quality • Scope and estimate new work, developing timelines, budgets, resource plans, and creative briefs • Partner with Design Leads and Operations to staff projects with the right team based on skills, capacity, and client needs • Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, and delivery performance, proactively adjusting plans as priorities shift • Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout each engagement • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet SketchDeck’s quality standards • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and project delivery • Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, planning sessions, and day-to-day client communication • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, priorities, and goals to help guide project planning and identify future opportunities • Identify opportunities to expand existing work and partner with the Account Manager or Business Development team to develop those opportunities • For accounts without a dedicated Account Manager, own the ongoing client relationship, account health, and growth opportunities • Lead weekly standups and manage a team of designers, writers and QC specialists • Manage and mentor junior Project Managers, providing coaching and support as needed • Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Design and Operations for clean handoffs & a seamless client experience • Identify process improvements and share best practices across the PM team • Share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the PMO

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of creative project management experience within a creative agency
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, including enterprise and Fortune 100 clients, and $1M+ in annual project volume
  • Ability to accurately estimate, scope, and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Expertise in brand systems, multi-channel campaigns, and complex creative workflows; proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while leading cross-functional creative teams
  • Experience mentoring Project Coordinators or junior Project Managers
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar
