• You develop and produce content that genuinely helps our target audience, such as blog articles, technical articles, website copy, newsletters, social media posts, customer communications, and product messaging. • You simplify complex topics and present them in ways that are relevant, tangible, and engaging for property management companies. • You plan and execute campaigns, email sequences, landing pages, lead magnets, webinars, checklists, and other formats for lead generation. • You think about marketing activities with the end goal in mind: Which audience do we want to reach? Through which channel? With what message? And how do we measure success? • You manage marketing activities based on data and work with metrics such as conversion rate, CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel performance. • You contribute ideas for the website, SEO, SEA, social media, newsletters, and partner communications and develop them in a structured way. • You maintain and optimize content in WordPress/Elementor, focusing on clear messaging, good user guidance, and conversion potential. • You coordinate joint marketing activities with partners, associations, or external service providers. • You use AI, digital tools, and automations sensibly for research, content drafts, campaign planning, analysis, and more efficient marketing processes.
Job Requirements
- You have experience in marketing, ideally in content marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or B2B marketing.
- You hold a degree — e.g., in fields like marketing, communications, media, digital business, business informatics, data science, online marketing, marketing analytics, marketing intelligence, e-commerce, information management, digital media, or similar.
- You can create strong content, but you don’t only think editorially—you also think strategically, cross-channel, and performance-oriented.
- You have a good sense for target audiences, tone, design, and digital user flows.
- Terms like CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, UTM parameters, funnel, or lead quality are not foreign to you.
- You love numbers and structure — and can derive concrete recommendations for action from data.
- You bring a digital mindset and an interest in AI — tools like Pipedrive, ClickUp, Zapier, Make, or n8n excite you rather than intimidate you.
- You’re eager to integrate AI and automation meaningfully into marketing processes and actively try out new possibilities.
- You work independently, identify topics on your own, and don’t wait for every task to be assigned to you.
- Nice to have: experience in the SaaS, PropTech, real estate, or B2B environment.
- Bonus: You live within commuting distance of Stuttgart and are willing to occasionally attend shoots, events, or meetings.
