• A Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification efforts. • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients. • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile. • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline. • Schedule discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions within CRM systems. • Follow up consistently with leads to nurture interest and maintain engagement. • Track outreach performance metrics including calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and improve targeting strategies. • Provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends to refine outreach approaches.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales development, prospecting, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet activity targets.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Technical Requirements: Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs; RAM: 16 GB minimum; 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min); USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally).
