Role Description The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Regional Vice President and his/her reportable. This includes: - Preparation of executive level reports and presentations - Budget development and task management tracking - Correspondence and filing - Assistance/guidance to others as required This position requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work well with other departments. Performs other job duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum 3 years previous experience in an administrative support role required - Prior Propane Industry knowledge preferred but not required - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel - Excellent customer service skills - Organized, accountable, and detail oriented - Comfortable in an environment filled with competing priorities, deadlines, and urgent requests - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via in-person, telephone, and email communication - Ability to travel as needed (less than 15%) - Legal Authorization to work in the US is required Requirements - Work Location: This position is remote.
