Temporary Tax and Assurance Recruiter

• Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for experienced hires • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs • Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates • Screen and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers • Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate • Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers • Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required, tax and assurance recruiting experience highly preferred
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
- Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
