Job Description

Tax Analyst

• Monitor and analyze monthly intercompany transactions • Review and assess new intercompany transactions • Assist in the preparation and finalization of intercompany agreements and invoices • Maintain and track intercompany agreements and related documentation • Prepare and review journal entries for intercompany transfers • Perform intercompany calculations for corporate support and other company charges • Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation and compliance forms (e.g., BIR Form 1709, Form 3CEB) • Ensure timely completion of transfer pricing filings and regulatory obligations • Identify potential tax savings opportunities and support tax initiatives • Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including: Income Tax, Value-Added Tax (VAT), Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), Final Withholding Tax (FWT), Withholding Tax on Compensation, Fringe Benefits Tax, Annual Books of Accounts • Support external financial audits and tax assessments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Commerce
  • At least one (1) year of experience in tax or accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and transaction treatment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable team player
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
