Job Description
Global Charisma Scout
RiseGuide
Role Description RiseGuide is hiring its first Global Charisma Scout . The job: spend eight weeks travelling across eight European cities and rank based on criteria provided by our team. You’ll be paid to talk to strangers in the most social cities on the continent. Your data becomes a published ranking of where it’s easiest to strike up a conversation. Your mission is to experience them all firsthand — meeting people, starting conversations, and ranking each city based on charisma, openness, warmth, and approachability. - Start conversations with strangers in cafés, bars, restaurants, queues, public spaces, and social events; - Sample assignments: chat with 5 strangers at a traditional Roman espresso bar, small-talk a Berlin queue, flirt your way through a Lisbon dinner; - Document and evaluate each interaction based on warmth, talkativeness, openness, and ease of connection; - Capture insights and observations that will become part of RiseGuide’s public charisma ranking; - Represent the spirit of RiseGuide through curiosity, confidence, and authentic human connection. Qualifications - Outgoing and naturally social personality; - Comfortable both around strangers and spending time independently while traveling; - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence; - Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and cultures; - EU travel eligibility; - Willingness to live out of a suitcase for 2 months; - No specific degree or professional background required — we care more about your energy, charisma, and love for people. Requirements - Fluency in a second European language is highly preferred: Spanish, Italian, French, or German. Benefits - $3,000/month compensation; - All flights, hotels, and experiences fully covered; - The opportunity to travel across Europe as part of a one-of-a-kind social experiment; - A chance to become part of a fast-growing global consumer product. How to apply Send us a short video (up to 3-4 minutes), filmed on your phone, explaining why you would make a great Global Charisma Scout. We’re looking for warmth, energy, and authenticity — not perfect editing. In your video, also tell us which city from the list you’re most excited to explore, and why. Share links to your public social media profiles (2+ different platforms preferred).
