Role Description Queremos incorporar en la Facultad de Derecho un Coordinador académico en el Máster Universitario en Derecho de la Energía y Transición Energética. De acuerdo con la Dirección Académica, y el apoyo de diferentes departamentos transversales de la Universidad, el Coordinador Académico contribuirá al adecuado funcionamiento y mejora continua de la Facultad en lo relativo a la gestión académica y de coordinación de los procesos que afecten a estudiantes y profesores: - Promover el crecimiento del título con los Departamentos transversales. - Potenciar el desarrollo institucional del título mediante la suscripción de alianzas, acuerdos, representación en congresos y otros actos de difusión. - Implantar criterios comunes en materia de ordenación académica y planificación docente. - Cumplimiento de los objetivos de crecimiento del título. - Apoyo en el proceso de selección, búsqueda de talento y reclutamiento de candidatos. - Coordinar la organización interna del título atendiendo a directrices de la Facultad. - Coordinar los procesos de actualización del sistema de información de la Facultad. - Coordinar los procesos de atención al estudiante. - Mantener una comunicación periódica con estudiantes, informarles e incorporar sus propuestas. - Velar por la adaptación de las enseñanzas y servicios a las necesidades. - Celebración periódica de claustros con el personal docente de la titulación. - Atender incidencias de los estudiantes y claustro docente. - Fomentar el networking entre los estudiantes. - Participar en el diseño de los planes anuales de mejora de la titulación e impulsar su ejecución. - Recepcionar y canalizar propuestas de mejora. - Coordinar el análisis de satisfacción de estudiantes. - Velar por la mejora continua y la calidad de la titulación siguiendo los requerimientos de excelencia académica de la Universidad y los procesos relacionados con ANECA. Qualifications - Doctor/a en Derecho. - Especialista en Derecho de la Energía, acreditable por trayectoria docente/investigadora y/o ejercicio profesional en el sector energético. - Experiencia jurídica práctica en el ámbito del máster (asesoramiento, litigación, consultoría regulatoria, investigación aplicada o desempeño en organismos, empresas o despachos vinculados al sector energético). - Conocimiento especializado de la regulación de los principales sectores energéticos (electricidad, gas natural, petróleo, energías renovables, redes, transporte, distribución, comercialización y suministro). - Experiencia acreditable en materias relacionadas con transición energética y nuevos modelos de negocio (energías renovables, PPA, hidrógeno verde, autoconsumo, almacenamiento energético, comunidades energéticas, gases renovables, redes inteligentes y/o mecanismos jurídicos de lucha contra el cambio climático). - Experiencia docente universitaria en materias afines y capacidad para coordinar una docencia orientada a la resolución de casos prácticos reales y al análisis de problemas jurídicos actuales del sector. - Experiencia en gestión académica (coordinación de títulos, planificación docente, seguimiento de calidad, coordinación de claustro, revisión de guías docentes y acompañamiento académico del estudiante). - Red profesional en el sector energético, jurídico-regulatorio o institucional, así como participación en foros, proyectos, publicaciones, actividades profesionales o académicas vinculadas al Derecho de la Energía y la transición energética. - Capacidad para impulsar la actualización permanente del título, incorporando novedades regulatorias, jurisprudenciales, tecnológicas y de mercado que afecten al sector energético. - Residencia en España. This role serves as a servant leader for Agile teams, ensuring Scrum best practices are followed while helping teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and transparently.
