Job Description NBCUniversal's Enterprise Product team supports critical technology platforms across NBCU's media businesses. Within Ad Technology & Integration, the team drives the digital ad technology ecosystem that powers NBCU's billion-dollar advertising business. We're looking for a collaborative Scrum Master to lead cross-functional Ad Technology programs and guide Product Owners, QA teams, Integration Leads, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through sprints/iterations and phases of the project. Qualifications Requirements: - 3+ years of Scrum Master experience. - Experience with SAFe, and excellent working knowledge of Atlassian workflows and operations. - Scrum Master certification is a must with SAFe Agilist experience. Role Description The Sr Salesforce Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery processes and supporting the successful execution of Salesforce and enterprise technology initiatives for LSU OCE. This role serves as a servant leader for Agile teams, ensuring Scrum best practices are followed while helping teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and transparently. The Scrum Master works closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to coordinate priorities, manage project execution, and remove obstacles that impact delivery. In addition to core Scrum responsibilities, this role supports project management activities, cross-functional communication, sprint planning and reporting, and administration of Jira to ensure accurate tracking, visibility, and governance across initiatives.
