• Serve as a subject matter expert in absence, time tracking solutions, and scheduling • Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective configurations. • Guide the design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support within the human capital management ecosystem. • Engage in workshops and provide configuration guidance • Troubleshoot issues and help ensure successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in human capital management software and consulting or relevant practitioner deployment experience.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience in absence and time tracking configuration
  • Workday certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or related modules.
  • 1+ years hands-on experience in scheduling configuration
  • Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into system configurations.
  • Proven track record working on enterprise level HRIS implementations or ongoing support engagements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workforce management concepts.
  • Experience with end-to-end deployments as well as post-go-live stabilization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams and providing training or knowledge transfer.
