Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in testing, R&D, laboratory environments, or power systems engineering
- Knowledge of electrical power systems and testing principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate
- Fluent English and basic German skills (or willingness to learn)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
