• Own, maintain, and expand the Digital Product UI and end-to-end automation framework (TypeScript + Playwright), keeping it modular, reliable, and easy for the team to scale. • Design and execute automated UI, end-to-end, API, regression, smoke, and redirect tests across the guest-facing web and mobile-web ordering experience. • Build cross-browser (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit) and responsive desktop/mobile-web coverage using the Page Object Model, fixtures, and shared infrastructure patterns. • Extend API and integration test coverage for the digital ordering flows the product depends on — REST endpoints, JSON payloads, schema validation, and the third-party delivery/ordering connectors (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats, Olo, Order Connector) — and the data export and reporting flows behind digital orders. • Validate analytics and event tracking (GTM/GA4 dataLayer events) and use API mocking and SSR payload interception to test complex scenarios deterministically. • Maintain and improve automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Docker), keeping regression suites healthy, fast, and trustworthy. • Investigate defects, troubleshoot flaky tests, and perform root-cause analysis to surface quality risks early in the development lifecycle. • Drive automation strategy and framework architecture decisions, and contribute to cross-squad quality engineering standards. • Leverage AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows (e.g., Kiro, automated AI code review) to improve test design, automation development, code review, troubleshooting, and engineering productivity. • Mentor QA and automation engineers, lead by example on code quality and review discipline, and help grow the team's technical capability. • Participate in and help lead sprint planning, test strategy discussions, and release validation activities.

• Translate customer business goals into platform value narratives, architecture principles, and adoption strategies • Co-design target IT–OT architectures for software-defined automation and Physical AI across multi-site environments • Lead maturity assessments and architecture workshops with business, IT, and OT stakeholders • Build phased transformation roadmaps with clear risk mitigation and value realization plans • Support Sales in executive-level conversations, business cases, and long-term framework agreements • Identify expansion opportunities across sites, use cases, and regions • Ensure architectural continuity across the full customer lifecycle

• Lead the creation, review, and optimisation of unit, component, and contract tests for APIs and mobile applications. • Coach and mentor developers on test design, risk-based testing, and test strategy. • Evaluate test coverage and placement based on risk, code complexity, stability, and historical defects. • Drive shift-left testing practices and embed quality early in the development lifecycle. • Champion mobile testing using tools like Espresso (Android) and XCUITest (iOS), both at UI and service levels.
