• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines across AWS-native data environments • Own Airflow orchestration — scheduling, dependencies, retries, alerting, and operational support • Develop analytics-ready data models in dbt, using modular, warehouse-first transformation patterns • Work confidently across S3 (raw, staged, curated) and Redshift Serverless for storage and warehousing • Contribute to the roadmap and potential migration toward Snowflake as a future warehouse • Write clean, maintainable Python for pipeline logic, scripting, and lightweight engineering tasks • Embed data quality, testing, and observability into every pipeline — not as an afterthought • Apply sound version control, code review, and CI/CD practices to data workloads • Engage directly with client stakeholders: gather requirements, present solutions, and advise on trade-offs • Partner with analysts, product teams, and other engineers in a distributed, remote-first setup • Contribute to architectural reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement of platform practices

• Administer and maintain RelativityOne environments, including user access, workspace configuration, and system monitoring • Support data processing, analytics, review workflows, and production activities • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Relativity support as needed • Ensure compliance with federal security, data handling, and chain‑of‑custody requirements • Provide technical guidance to legal and investigative teams • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit‑ready records

• Develop and maintain custom RelativityOne applications, scripts, and integrations • Automate workflows, processing pipelines, and review efficiencies • Customize UI components, event handlers, and Relativity APIs (REST/Kepler) • Support data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and production workflows • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Relativity technical support • Ensure all development aligns with federal security, compliance, and audit standards

• Lead and manage multiple eDiscovery projects using RelativityOne, from initial scoping through final production. • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, government stakeholders, legal counsel, and technical partners. • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with federal requirements and security protocols. • Oversee data ingestion, processing workflows, analytics, review setup, and production specifications. • Ensure all work complies with agency policies, chain-of-custody standards, and applicable federal regulations. • Provide subject‑matter expertise on RelativityOne features, best practices, and workflow optimization. • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Prepare status reports, metrics dashboards, and documentation for technical and non‑technical audiences. • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, process refinement, and quality assurance.
