Land Acquisition Agent
Steigerwaldt Land Services, Inc.
• Support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support • Establish trust and build long-term relationships between client and landowner • Coordinate meetings with landowners and project stakeholders • Negotiate and secure fee titles, easements, leases, licenses, permits, and ordinances • Perform land sales research and explain project scope and timelines • Provide regular status reports to project managers
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in reviewing title work, landowner acquisition, permitting, and other real estate related tasks
- Understanding of local, state, and federal statutory requirements for land acquisitions
- Experience on electric transmission and/or oil and gas linear acquisition projects
- Ability to perform legal document search and title review
- Licensed Wisconsin & Minnesota Real Estate Agent (or willingness to get licensed)
- Competent with Microsoft Office software
- Solid understanding of ArcGIS software and Google Earth
- Ability to travel and conduct overnight work away – up to 50 percent

• Deliver individual tele-therapy sessions for K–12 students referred by participating schools. • Utilize short-term, evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. • Address a range of concerns including anxiety, grief, trauma, academic stress, and family or peer conflict. • Provide services to diverse student populations, including multilingual learners and those without insurance. • Coordinate with school counselors, family resource managers, and administrative teams. • Engage in family outreach when appropriate to promote continuity of care. • Complete all clinical documentation (intake, progress, and discharge notes) within 48 hours. • Ensure compliance with all licensure board requirements, HIPAA, FERPA, and program-specific standards.
