EDI Integration Specialist – Contract
Feastables
• Lead end-to-end trading partner onboarding and implementation across EDI documents including 810, 850, 855, 856, 875, 880, 940, and 945 • Design, develop, and deploy EDI mappings (ANSI X12, XML) aligned with business and compliance standards • Own daily EDI production operations, monitoring flows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and uptime • Build and maintain system integrations using C#, .NET, PowerShell, or similar scripting tools • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across EDI systems, data pipelines, and integrations • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase automation, scalability, and partner experience • Create and maintain technical documentation for mappings, configurations, and EDI workflows
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems preferred)
- 4–7+ years of hands-on experience designing EDI specifications and mapping X12 and XML documents
- 3–5+ years of experience with MSSQL T-SQL and SSIS development
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 (EDIFACT a plus)
- Experience with secure data exchange protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP) and VAN integrations
- Hands-on experience with EDI mapping tools (e.g., MapForce)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools such as Jira for project tracking
- Experience integrating EDI with ERP systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Familiarity with modern integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture)
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics
- Programming experience in C#, Python, or similar languages for automation
- Strong communicator who can translate technical requirements across business and technical teams.

• Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for the Field Sales team, providing support for questions related to opportunity booking and subscription management. • Opportunity Bookings and Documentation: Manage opportunity bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Collaboration and Process Efficiency: Partner with Deal Desk and Billing teams to efficiently and accurately process opportunities. • Reconciliations: Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations, ensuring a 1:1 relationship between Netsuite Invoice and SFDC Opportunity. • Compliance and Rules: Demonstrate a basic understanding of ASC606, SOX, and Export Compliance.
