• Support the sales team, partner distributors and installers • Design, develop and deliver technical training programs and training materials • Train various stakeholders and strengthen relationships with all partners • Conduct technical demonstrations and participate in distributor-organized events • Identify, recruit and onboard new partner training centers • Collaborate with internal teams: sales, marketing and technical support
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience in HVAC-R, test & measurement and/or the professional tools market
- Experience delivering technical training, courses, workshops or presentations to professional (B2B) audiences
- Experience creating digital, video or online training content
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong technical skills and ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (presentation software)
- Fluent in English and French
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel approximately 50% of the time

Role Description Assist faculty through consultations, trainings, and referrals in learning and using instructional technologies such as learning management systems, collaboration software, digital images, video, audio, and classroom presentation tools. This position may have the opportunity to work remotely, where all work is performed from an approved alternative work location.
