Role Description We are currently looking to hire a Freelance CX Trainer in Thailand! You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. - Understanding our clients’ learning needs to ensure you will deliver an impactful training to their teams. - Liaising with the Project Manager and team to determine training needs, objectives, and schedule training sessions. - Supporting in designing effective training programs and contents. - Delivering training sessions in class and/or online (Retail programs, workshops, Coaching…) and creating a vivid and dynamic environment to impact mindset change and equip the participants with relevant skills and knowledge. - Inspiring participants through different methodologies (discussion, demonstration, game, and story). - Able to coach (on floor or online). Qualifications - Strong luxury retail background and insight (Skincare, Perfume & Makeup is preferred). - Minimum 5+ years’ experience related to service excellence, CX, and training field. - Experienced in classroom trainings & workshops, and on-field coaching of the topics of customer experience mindset, emotional selling, service excellence, clienteling/CRM for retail frontline team. - Experienced in conducting learning activities with different interactive methods. - Excellent communication skills with proficient language skills in Thai & English. - Able to develop training material and activities is a plus.
