• Own Meta paid acquisition strategy across multiple client accounts. • Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns. • Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance. • Monitor account performance daily and identify optimization opportunities. • Develop audience testing, offer testing, and campaign testing frameworks. • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability. • Conduct ongoing competitor research to identify market opportunities. • Lead creative strategy using performance data and customer insights. • Identify winning and underperforming creatives. • Develop creative testing roadmaps and experimentation plans. • Write high-converting direct-response ad copy. • Create compelling offers that improve conversion rates. • Produce detailed creative briefs for designers and video editors. • Collaborate with content creators and source UGC creators when needed. • Work closely with the creative team to improve testing velocity and performance. • Build landing pages, advertorials, and product detail pages aligned with advertising campaigns. • Analyze funnel performance and identify conversion bottlenecks. • Recommend improvements to landing pages and customer journeys. • Support ongoing CRO initiatives to improve acquisition efficiency. • Track and analyze key performance metrics including: • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) • Cost per Acquisition (CPA) • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) • Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) • Click-Through Rate (CTR) • Cost per Click (CPC) • Cost per Mille (CPM) • Conversion Rate (CVR) • Create clear performance reports and strategic recommendations. • Present insights during client strategy meetings. • Build repeatable reporting systems that support informed decision-making. • Develop scalable paid acquisition playbooks and SOPs. • Support product launches and promotional campaigns with comprehensive media plans. • Conduct account audits and identify scaling opportunities. • Mentor junior media buyers where appropriate. • Maintain high standards of account quality, strategic planning, and execution.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Deep expertise managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven success growing eCommerce or direct-response brands.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar tools.
- Expertise in creative strategy and performance-driven advertising.
- Experience building structured testing frameworks.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels.
- Excellent copywriting skills for high-converting advertisements.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
- Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
