Vice President of Talent, Transformation, Technology

Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC

• Lead Patriot's Talent Acquisition function by developing recruiting strategies that attract top talent while improving hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruiting performance. • Develop and maintain a standardized enterprise job architecture, including job descriptions, career levels, salary structures, and career progression frameworks. • Build and oversee Patriot's compensation strategy, including market benchmarking, pay structures, compensation philosophy, and equitable pay practices. • Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs, improve workforce planning, and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies that reduce external recruiting costs. • Lead the development and execution of Patriot's Employer Value Proposition to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction. • Oversee the Manager of Total Rewards and collaborate on benefits strategy, compensation programs, and employee rewards initiatives. • Establish governance, strategy, and long-term roadmap for Patriot's HR technology ecosystem, including UKG and related HR platforms. • Lead modernization of HR systems by improving data integrity, automation, system configuration, integrations, and user adoption. • Evaluate, recommend, and implement HR technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience. • Partner closely with Information Technology to ensure HR systems remain secure, integrated, scalable, and properly governed. • Establish an enterprise framework for evaluating, prioritizing, and governing new HR programs based on business value, operational impact, and return on investment. • Measure the effectiveness of HR programs through analytics, participation metrics, and business outcomes, recommending enhancements or retirement of programs as appropriate. • Develop and maintain Patriot's enterprise HR scorecard, providing executive leadership with meaningful workforce metrics, trends, insights, and strategic recommendations. • Leverage workforce analytics to identify opportunities across recruiting, retention, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. • Build, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Technology, and HR Operations. • Partner with executive leadership to align people strategies with organizational objectives, financial goals, and long-term business growth. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support Patriot's evolving business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience with significant expertise in two or more of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Job Architecture, Total Rewards, HR Technology, or HRIS.
  • Demonstrated experience building or significantly maturing enterprise compensation programs, job architecture, and career frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition functions within complex, multi-location organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, HR technology strategy, data governance, automation, and HRIS platforms; UKG experience preferred.
  • Experience leading HR technology implementations, system modernizations, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of workforce analytics, HR reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to evaluate HR initiatives through business outcomes, financial impact, and return on investment.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership, Finance, Information Technology, and operational leaders to develop enterprise people strategies.
  • Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, insurance, financial services, or other multi-location organizations preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or similar credentials preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to lead through change.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when managing confidential employee and organizational information.

Role Description Agile Underwriting Solutions (Agile) has an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Regional Vice President, Ontario. This is a remote position, open to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking an experienced Commercial underwriting leader with a proven track record of driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering strong business results. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience while considering internal equity.
