Compensation: $170,000-$200,000 base salary + variable compensation As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Virtru, you will work directly alongside government agencies and defense customers to deploy and operationalize Virtru's data protection solutions across mixed Windows and Linux infrastructures in secure, mission-critical environments. Role Description Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a Director of Electronic Security Programs who will sit out of our office in Norfolk, VA, Charleston, SC, Huntsville, AL, or potentially operate remotely. This is a senior leader responsible for overseeing a portfolio of complex U.S. Federal Government programs and projects involving Electronic Security Systems (ESS), critical communications infrastructure, and enterprise-level security technologies. This role leads multi-disciplinary teams, partners closely with Business Development to drive growth, and ensures that programs scale effectively as the company expands. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven leader with deep program management expertise, proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, and strong technical understanding of DoD/DoS security systems and supporting infrastructure.
