Design Manager – Data Center Construction
Turner & Townsend
• Lead and coordinate the design process from project inception through construction documentation. • Review technical requirements and validate scope boundaries for design packages. • Develop and maintain the Design Management Plan. • Manage design-related Requests for Information (RFIs) and changes in coordination with the construction management team. • Conduct periodic site inspections and witness testing to verify adherence to quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management within commercial real estate or large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of design standards, building codes, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in BIM tools and design coordination software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
