Role Description This position is part of the Department of Neurology Financial Support Unit. The purpose of this position is to coordinate the Research Administration activities of the department, including grants and contracts from inception through termination. - Provide grants management, financial planning, reporting, and accounting support for the Department pre-and post-award grants, contracts, and clinical trials. - Support faculty funding including Foundation and other discretionary sources of funding. - Duties require experience in Oracle, Cognos, and other university information systems to perform expense and revenue review and corrective entries. - Prepare Journal Entries or Labor Distribution adjustments. - Assist Principal Investigators with proposal development and submittal, post-award reporting, document processing, and compliance. - Knowledge of OHSU, federal/NIH, and other regulatory and funding agency policies is essential. - Identify problems or changing environments, recommend solutions, and communicate important information to Principal Investigators and Department personnel. - Function as a critical Central Administration team member in the development and implementation of a cohesive fiscal and administrative program to serve the Department’s research missions. - Work closely with the Department Administrator, Grants and Contracts Manager, Human Resource Manager, and Department Principal Investigators to achieve position responsibilities and objectives. • Support the coordination of medical and social services for members • Review, prioritize, and triage incoming Care Team tasks • Screen members using established guidelines to identify care needs • Initiate referrals to Case Management and other specialty programs • Conduct outreach to members, providers, and care team partners • Utilize internal systems to document member information accurately • Support the development and implementation of member care plans • Coordinate healthcare services and assist in identifying care options • Perform non-clinical research to support case development • Communicate effectively with internal teams, providers, and members • Provide administrative and operational support • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company policies
• Work directly with a Retention Marketing Manager to execute data-driven email and SMS strategies for our DTC/e-commerce clients. • On a daily basis, you will execute tasks for clients including writing, proofing, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns. • You’ll work directly with clients to manage the revision and approval process of their emails and SMS messages • On a monthly basis, you’ll develop creative campaign concepts for your client's retention marketing calendars. • You’ll work directly with our in-house design team to develop the design approach, ensuring the design vision for campaigns and flows comes to live, and managing the revision and approval process for client emails. • You’ll produce the copy for your campaign concepts and work directly with the client to gain approval on briefs before sending them to our in-house designers. • Driven and enjoy coming to the team and clients with new retention marketing ideas. • Execute automation/flow logic set-up, pop-up builds, and app integrations.
