Inside Sales Representative
Würth MRO, Safety, & Metalworking
• Manage and Grow Book of Business • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services • Track account activity and ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline • Qualify leads and identify customer needs • Schedule meetings or demos as appropriate to advance opportunities • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns • Investigate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner • Partner with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and forecasts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a sales-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
