Partnerships & Ecosystem Manager
Omniscient Digital
• build and manage an ecosystem of partners, across tier 1, 2, and 3 agency partners, software vendors, VC/PE firms, influencers, and other strategic collaborators • drive real partnership value by facilitating lead referrals, co-branded content collaborations, educational workshops, and thought leadership showcases • host and attend in-person events including dinners, meet-ups, panels, industry conferences, and networking events • coordinate with internal marketing to align partnership activities with content, podcast, research, and webinar efforts, amplifying reach and impact • track, measure, and optimize partner performance by defining KPIs, maintaining partner pipelines, and driving continuous improvement • support founders and leadership by managing follow-ups, partner communication, and execution logistics
Job Requirements
- experience or strong interest in partnership development, ecosystems, business development, or community engagement
- comfortable managing relationships, both external (partners, events, influencers) and internal (marketing, content, founders)
- organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects and partners simultaneously
- thrive in a fast-paced startup/agency environment where ownership and initiative are rewarded
- based on the East Coast (ideally NYC) or able to travel frequently for events
