Job Description

Marketing & Creative Support Coordinator

Delegate CX

• Prepare customer proofs for branded apparel, promotional products, signage, and merchandise • Create clean, professional mockups using supplied logos, product images, templates, and brand guidelines • Set up artwork files for internal review, client approval, and production • Resize, edit, clean up, and adjust customer-supplied artwork when needed • Create simple design layouts for flyers, digital ads, social media posts, email banners, website graphics, and promotional materials • Follow existing brand guidelines for both The Promo Addict and You Need A BBQ • Help maintain consistency across all marketing materials, presentations, and customer-facing graphics • Organize and save design files in the correct folders with proper file naming • Prepare accurate proofs for customer approval • Double-check spelling, logo placement, colours, product details, quantities, and sizing before proofs are sent out • Update proofs based on feedback from the sales or production team • Prepare print-ready or production-ready files when required • Convert, export, and package files in the correct formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, SVG, or other required file types • Help ensure artwork is clean, usable, and ready before it reaches production • Flag poor-quality logos, missing information, or artwork concerns to the appropriate team member • Assist with creating and formatting email newsletters for both businesses • Prepare graphics and layouts for promotional campaigns, product launches, sales events, BBQ classes, seasonal promotions, and branded merchandise campaigns • Support social media content by creating graphics, resizing images, and preparing post layouts • Help update website graphics, product images, banners, and promotional visuals when needed • Assist with basic marketing calendars, campaign checklists, and project tracking • Repurpose existing content into different formats, such as turning a newsletter graphic into a social post or website banner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in production, marketing, or graphic design roles
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, Shopify, WooCommerce, social media scheduling tools, or basic website updates would be an asset
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, spacing, fonts, and brand consistency
  • Ability to prepare clean, accurate customer proofs
  • Strong written English and attention to grammar and spelling
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and brand standards
  • Comfortable working with multiple brands and different types of tasks
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once

Role Description The Director of Field Marketing leads seasonal offers, the content calendar, and integrated campaigns across Guild Garage Group’s local brands. You are the glue between local brand leaders, operations, agencies, and our marketing specialist team. This senior role drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market growth by coordinating lifecycle/CRM programs and partnering closely with Operations, the Call Center, and the Director of Digital. - Strategic planning: Build and execute field marketing plans that align with revenue, capacity, and seasonality across digital and traditional channels. - Budget management: Own the field marketing budget; allocate spend across campaigns and markets to maximize ROI. - Team leadership: Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and marketing specialist team; uphold clear goals, SLAs, and quality standards. - Campaign management: Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, ringless voicemail where compliant, direct mail, print, lead aggregators, OOH, TV, Radio, CTV, etc.); manage the seasonal offer and content calendars. - Lifecycle & CRM: Oversee journeys and automations that convert leads to booked jobs and repeat business using CRM/lifecycle platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, Hatch). - Performance analysis: Own weekly executive reporting; monitor data hygiene & attribution, translate KPIs (CPL/CPA, speed-to-lead, booking rate, revenue/LTV, membership) into actions.
