Role Description As a Regional Sales and Agency Manager at Flix, you will oversee sales locations in the Southern Region, ensuring strong customer experience standards and business growth. This role requires a strategic, data-driven approach to managing terminal operations, agency partnerships, and direct sales channels. - Oversee sales locations across terminals, agencies, and ticket vending machines, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer experience. - Evaluate cost-to-sell metrics and execute growth strategies to drive sales performance. - Lead contract negotiations and manage reseller relationships, ensuring compliance with policies and agreements. - Manage agency onboarding, training, and ongoing development to maintain successful offline sales channels. - Conduct site assessments for infrastructure, branding, security, and facilities management, escalating concerns as needed. - Collaborate with Government Affairs and Infrastructure teams to identify new sales locations and optimize subsidy and bus stop development. - Travel frequently (50-75%) to oversee regional operations, conduct audits, and foster strong partnerships. Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at various levels of management. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring efficiency and compliance. - Experience with bus terminal operations is preferred but not required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce for data tracking and process optimization. - A proactive approach to improving regional operations, driving KPIs, and mitigating risks.
