Role Description As a Training Design Specialist, you will develop and maintain digital learning content within Dayforce’s MyPath platform. You will create engaging training experiences that help users learn while working, supporting both internal and external customers in English and Spanish. Shift Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) Philippine Time. This is a remote role supporting North American business hours. What You’ll Get to Do: - Design, develop, and maintain standardized training content across Dayforce modules. - Modernize and transform existing training materials into scalable and reusable learning assets. - Create software simulations, instructional videos, and process documentation using AI-powered tools and technologies. - Collaborate with Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product updates. - Support customer content deployment, manage MyPath requests, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate or similar authoring tools. - Ability to simplify complex software concepts into clear, user-friendly training experiences. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. - Interest in AI technologies and willingness to leverage AI tools to improve content development and efficiency. Requirements - Experience delivering software or systems-based training. - Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar content-generation technologies. - Experience working in multilingual or global learning environments. - Familiarity with Dayforce or other enterprise SaaS platforms. - Experience creating standardized content frameworks, templates, or scalable training solutions. Qualifications - Master’s Degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Sociology or a closely related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Sociology PLUS a minimum of 6 graduate credits in Sociology AND an approved plan to complete a Master’s degree within 2 years that includes 18 graduate credits in the subject area. - Teaching experience equivalent to at least 18 semester hours, or 6 courses/sections, at secondary or post-secondary level that applies directly to area(s) of instructional responsibility (100 and 200 level courses).

• Design and develop cybersecurity, security awareness, and compliance training content for technical and non-technical audiences • Create story-driven microlearning modules ranging from 30 seconds to 5 minutes in length • Research and translate complex cybersecurity and compliance topics into clear, accurate, and engaging learning experiences • Write realistic scenarios and training content on topics such as phishing, AI threats, social engineering, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, and secure development practices • Tailor messaging, tone, and level of technical depth based on the target audience, including IT professionals, developers, and general employees • Independently build subject-matter expertise in new cybersecurity and compliance topics as needed to support content development • Use eLearning, video, and design tools to produce visually engaging and accessible learning content • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with security awareness goals, compliance requirements, and learner needs

Role Description We are delivering a future focused skills programme for people aged 18+ with a barrier to employment. Working within our Employability division, this is a remote and outreach-based part time role. You will be an experienced facilitator working within local communities to support service users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, education and training opportunities. Main Duties & Accountabilities - Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, ensuring content is accessible and relevant to diverse audiences while incorporating the latest sector insights and labour market trends. - Stay informed on evolving recruitment practices and future workforce trends, ensuring training reflects the technical and soft skills employers value. - Develop and embed future-ready employability skills—including adaptability, problem-solving, collaboration, and digital literacy—into a future focused training programme. - Incorporate insights from emerging UK sector developments—including sustainability, digital innovation, and labour market changes—into all learning content. - Collaborate with the Training & Curriculum Manager to monitor and enhance programme effectiveness, using feedback to keep training dynamic, innovative, and aligned with evolving recruitment practices and career pathways. - Deliver and facilitate existing training in an engaging and interactive manner.
