Role Description As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll literally transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring adherence to world-class protocols. - Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist (aka supervising physician) for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs and Psych PAs - Review clinician audits and reports prepared by our team - you simply review and sign off on your own time (we do all the heavy-lifting) - Conduct periodic case reviews through Zoom sessions, cadence is based on local and state laws but could be as little as 30mins / clinician / quarter (our clinical leadership handles the day-to-day questions) - Provide mentorship and feedback to clinicians as needed - If needed, escalate issues to Mindbloom’s Clinical Director Qualifications - Licensure: Board-certified psychiatrist in good standing - Highly Collaborative: You approach collaboration as a true partnership - engaging with clinicians as colleagues, and working with leadership to elevate client outcomes - Remote-able: You excel in telehealth - attending scheduled monthly/quarterly meetings on time and staying responsive between touchpoints - Mission-Obsessed: You’re a passionate believer in the power of psychedelic therapy Company Description We’re on a mission to end America’s mental health crisis.
