• Develops new mechanical systems/modules and maintains existing designs • Research mechanical concepts and create system solutions using 3D modeling and simulation software • Complete calculations and test, validate, and qualify their systems • Provide support throughout the manufacturing process of the mechanical system • Work with cross functional teams of other engineers, customers, supply chain and project leadership • Enhance designs with feedback from reviews in areas such as manufacturing, test, supply chain, reliability, industrial design and simulations

• Serve as the primary technical contact for key customers • Collaborate to define project scope and requirements • Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences • Mentor a team in cutting-edge technology solutions • Oversee QA processes to ensure deliverables meet standards

• A Design Engineer I performs economical engineering design for precast products to meet all structural and constructability requirements. • Review contract documents to understand scope and direction of assigned projects. • Develop efficient design based upon industry standards as well as Fabcon design and detailing standards. • Perform reviews of Fabcon shop drawings for technical accuracy and work with drafters and higher-level engineers to finalize drawings for customer submittal. • Assist production checkers to ensure on-time delivery of production drawings to the plant. • Assist project managers and field personnel with issues encountered on site. • Provide efficient field fix designs utilizing available resources to mitigate delays in construction. • Complete work in a timely manner to assist in workflow to internal and external customers and maintain schedule requirements. • When assistance is required, reach out to supervisor, mentor, and other Design Engineers for collaboration/support.

• Design and develop logic, write RTL, and run formal verifications for IPs that power full-chip designs used across millions of devices. • Contribute to architecture and microarchitecture definition for next generation blocks. • Optimize RTL and logic to meet power, performance, area, and timing goals - ensuring high design integrity end to end. • Review and strengthen verification plans, debug failing tests, and drive corrective actions to ensure feature level correctness. • Support SoC customers to achieve seamless IP integration and verification. • Ensure high quality IP to SoC handoff through strong quality assurance practices.
