Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience designing consumer products in notable design-focused companies.
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, and retain multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Experience managing a large UX team (30+ individuals) across several disciplines.
- Ability to balance process with creativity and promote early prototyping.
- Passionate about improving team efficiency and workflow.
- Hands-on experience with design work and a willingness to engage in practical tasks.
- Strong team player with a focused approach and low ego.
