• Manage a portfolio of clients with varying levels of service depending on package level. • Be their primary point of contact for site issues, campaign changes, and reporting. • Develop close client relationships. • Act as a liaison between your client and the company. • Relay clients’ goals to the team and campaign performance to the client. • Manage onboarding new clients, set expectations. • Analyze performance reports from Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Bing, etc. • Monitor results and present feedback to the client. • Train clients on how to optimize their online reputation and phone call conversion rates.
