• Develop, deploy, and sustain strategies to drive adoption for Beckman Coulter’s laboratory solutions • Responsible for end-to-end management of product life cycle from pre-submission, system and commercial readiness, market development, launch, and target achievement upon product launch • Monitor target markets, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to move customers through the buying cycle • Architect and execute menu expansion strategies for the existing install base upon new assay launches • Provide inputs for forecasts and demand planning leveraging insights into the target markets as well as customer behavior • Build relationships with key thought leaders to gather VOC and market needs
Job Requirements
- Must have ten or more years of professional experience in marketing for diagnostics, life sciences or similar industry
- Extensive cross functional experience leading global marketing programs, product launch, analytics and sales enablement outcomes and client services
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum in a scientific discipline, MA or PhD is preferred
- Eight years of experience in clinical diagnostics commercial marketing, sales and ideally in chemistry, immunoassay, and automation/clinical IT markets
- In-depth understanding of the IVD industry, FDA, medical laboratory environment, and hospital stakeholders
- Commercial experience, ideally with a focus on market development, downstream marketing and/or sales.
