• Serve as the primary point of contact for Burlington business partners and third-party vendors • Oversee incident escalations and provide comprehensive Asset Protection Technology support • Review technical drawings and develop action plans • Manage a wide range of AP and store development projects • Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems • Coordinate between field and corporate partners for plans and schedules • Communicate with store management to address any issues or concerns • Provide written and oral reports and project updates

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or appropriate related field preferred
  • 5-7 years’ work experience in a related retail environment
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Retail technology skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Role Description We’re looking for a Project Manager, Professional Services, to lead the successful delivery of complex software implementations for Kuali customers. This role is responsible for managing implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. This is a remote individual contributor role.
