• Project Leadership and Delivery: Manages a project as Project Manager overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. • Acts as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to the Customer’s and the Company's contractual agreement. • Leads clinical team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management. • Accountable for the financial performance of assigned projects.

Role Description We’re looking for a Project Manager, Professional Services, to lead the successful delivery of complex software implementations for Kuali customers. This role is responsible for managing implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. This is a remote individual contributor role. As a Project Manager, you'll partner closely with customers and internal teams to: - Coordinate project activities - Manage timelines - Facilitate communication - Identify risks - Keep implementations moving forward You'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while helping customers successfully adopt Kuali solutions. Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through successful go-live. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items. - Coordinate project activities across customers, Professional Services consultants, Product, Support, and other internal teams. - Serve as the primary project contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate status updates and mitigation plans. - Facilitate recurring project meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables. - Manage project scope, timelines, and customer expectations while helping resolve day-to-day implementation challenges. - Coordinate customer readiness activities, including training schedules, testing, and go-live planning. - Escalate project issues appropriately while working collaboratively to drive timely resolution. - Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reporting. - Contribute ideas and feedback to improve implementation processes, templates, and delivery best practices. Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience delivering SaaS software implementations or other complex customer-facing projects. - Experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects with cross-functional teams. - Experience building project plans, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating customer communications. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. - Experience implementing enterprise software, preferably within higher education, ERP, finance, research administration, or other administrative systems. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for meeting preparation, documentation, and project organization is a plus. • Lead multiple large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation through successful delivery. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), dependencies, milestones, and critical paths. • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables across concurrent engagements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Develop and execute communication plans, providing executive-level project status reporting. • Create and maintain resource plans to ensure optimal allocation across project portfolios. • Monitor project financials, including revenue, profitability, margins, utilization, and budget performance. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes. • Ensure projects comply with delivery methodologies and quality assurance standards. • Coordinate multisite infrastructure deployments, including networking, wireless, cloud, storage, virtualization, and collaboration technologies. • Utilize project management tools and best practices to improve delivery efficiency. • Drive continuous process improvement while ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

• Own the end-to-end project management of one of FamilyWell's largest, multi-state enterprise launches. • Serve as the operational hub coordinating tasks across Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external partner teams across 10 workstreams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. • Build and maintain master project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, own status reporting and escalations, and drive internal accountability from kickoff through go-live. • Transition into the primary relationship owner for the account after launch, leading quarterly reviews and monitoring performance.
