Project Manager
SMASH
• Lead multiple large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation through successful delivery. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), dependencies, milestones, and critical paths. • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables across concurrent engagements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Develop and execute communication plans, providing executive-level project status reporting. • Create and maintain resource plans to ensure optimal allocation across project portfolios. • Monitor project financials, including revenue, profitability, margins, utilization, and budget performance. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes. • Ensure projects comply with delivery methodologies and quality assurance standards. • Coordinate multisite infrastructure deployments, including networking, wireless, cloud, storage, virtualization, and collaboration technologies. • Utilize project management tools and best practices to improve delivery efficiency. • Drive continuous process improvement while ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience leading customer-facing projects within a Professional Services or Managed Services environment.
- Experience managing projects involving Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security, or Unified Communications technologies.
- Experience leading multisite deployments (Wireless, Wi-Fi, POS, or similar infrastructure rollouts).
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and lifecycle management.
- Experience creating detailed WBS, dependency mapping, and critical path schedules.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and resource planning.
- Experience managing project risks, stakeholder communications, and organizational change.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with enterprise project management software.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
