• Responsible for assisting and guiding the general business reporting requirements • Mentors with Reporting Analyst I's to create new reporting and dashboard solutions • Ensure that test plan details are followed and provide adequate written and visual documentation • Serves as a liaison between the Business & Leadership communities and the IT organization • Develop and maintain compliance with all established Burlington reporting standards

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of company funds and property, asset protection, sales, and record keeping procedures. • Provide guidance to the Customer Service Supervisors to ensure they meet customer service expectations and there is smooth customer flow at the registers. • Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPS. • Lead the overall receiving process which includes transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks and partner with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain the accuracy of inventory. • Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD); setting the leadership example for customers, associates, and ultimately, driving results in the store. • Support the Store Manager and others in areas including but not limited to staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning. • Assist in the management of other store operations areas as needed. • Communicate effectively with the District and Regional Management teams.

• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for Burlington's external theft and organized retail crime investigative program • Develop and implement an investigative strategy focused on complex case-building • Lead a national team consisting of three Senior Investigations Managers and 15 Field Investigators • Establish and manage a metrics framework measuring impact beyond case closures • Build and strengthen partnerships with federal, state, and local law enforcement • Drive continuous improvement of investigative processes, the external case management system, and evidence standards • Partner with Territory, Regional, and District AP Leaders to create investigative strategies • Oversee the analysis of merchandise theft trends and external fraud schemes • Ensure compliance with company policy, legal standards, and evidence requirements

• Lead, develop and train a team responsible for supporting and enhancing an existing suite of Excel and VBA-based applications • Maintain and enhance advanced Excel/VBA based applications that support core merchandising and planning operations • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements • Manage project plans, timelines, and team resources to meet committed delivery dates • Partners closely with business users to understand reporting needs and objectives • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the reporting organization

• Oversee direct-hired architectural teams and coordinate with landlord-hired architects through the architectural development of the project until handoff to the construction team • Prepare lease work letters for landlord deliverables and manage the scope of work from lease negotiation through permitting • Manage more than 40 projects simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to due dates and project milestones • Lead direct-hired architects and coordinate Construction Document (CD) development and permitting • Review and redline all construction documents for accuracy and compliance • Update all project data in Lucernex and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with internal prototype design team to resolve any drawing-related issues that could impact field execution • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination across departments • Ensure timely completion of all project tasks and deliver stores to the construction team efficiently to maximize sales weeks • Visit sites as needed • Responsible for all architectural project management related to new stores, downsizes and remodels • Collaboration with real estate directors, store planning managers and pre-development scope team to ensure lease work letter, design of store block plan, and scope of work for new stores, remodels, and downsizes are all in alignment • Regularly partner with Real Estate, Legal, Facilities, Loss Prevention, Information Technology, Construction and Store Innovation teams • Come up with solutions and designs surrounding construction problems

• Act as a liaison between IT, business, and digital transformation teams • Manage incident escalation and third-party vendor support • Review digital technical drawings and create actionable plans • Remotely manage store downsize and remodel projects • Coordinate project-oriented work efforts and provide virtual status reporting • Analyze and report on potential risks using real-time dashboards • Develop, maintain, administer, and document systems using cloud-based platforms • Provide incident management and coordinate with third-party vendors remotely
