Job Description

Enterprise Implementation Project Manager

FamilyWell Health

• Own the end-to-end project management of one of FamilyWell's largest, multi-state enterprise launches. • Serve as the operational hub coordinating tasks across Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external partner teams across 10 workstreams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. • Build and maintain master project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, own status reporting and escalations, and drive internal accountability from kickoff through go-live. • Transition into the primary relationship owner for the account after launch, leading quarterly reviews and monitoring performance.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a healthcare setting
  • Successful track record of owning large, long-term client or partner relationships with measurable growth outcomes
  • Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills — comfortable owning a plan with many moving parts and stakeholders
  • Ability to move fluidly between operational execution and strategic relationship management
  • Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems including Hubspot
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup.
