Sales Closer

• Provide personalized service to clients. • Participate in online sales meetings (video calls) for various products. • Conduct continuous follow-up (calls and messages) with a strong focus on sales performance and client recovery. • Take part in team meetings and strategic alignment sessions. • Recover leads that have stalled and not progressed through our sales funnel. • Ensure you generate demand from new clients rather than relying solely on the company’s marketing. • Flag bottlenecks in the sales funnel, and issues with lead quality or volume to the marketing team. • Update the CRM daily. • Perform a high volume of follow-up activities. • Be available to participate in alignment rituals (daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly meetings). • Be results-driven and comfortable with challenging targets.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong active listening skills to relate to clients and extract important qualification information.
- Ability to craft external communication narratives and adopt the company’s tone and mannerisms.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM systems.
- Collaborative mindset, ownership of the process, and a strong drive for results.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

• Auditing loan files to prepare Closing documents • Ensuring timely and complete closing packages • Collaborating with Processing/Underwriting team and title company
