• Prospectar contatos diariamente e planilhar informações. • Estabelecer relacionamento com os leads via whatsapp, telefone e e-mail. • Garantir o comparecimento do lead na reunião agendada. • Vivência ou facilidade em manusear o CRM diariamente, cumprindo prazos e acompanhando demandas diárias. • Experiência ou familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de tarefas, especialmente ClickUp ou similares. • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, com clareza para interações em grupos de clientes e com o time. • Agilidade na resposta a demandas e capacidade de priorização, visando excelência e velocidade na entrega. • Agendar reuniões diariamente via Outbound e Inbound. • Fazer um alto volume de atividades de FUP. • Disponibilidade para participar de rituais de alinhamento (reuniões diárias, semanais, quinzenais e mensais).

Job Requirements

  • Experiência prévia em ambientes de operação digital, marketing, agências ou squads de alta demanda.
  • Experiência com prospecção (online ou offline).

Role Description The SDR Team Lead is responsible for driving day-to-day execution, coaching, and team engagement across a grouping of SDRs within the Life Sciences team.
