Solution Consultant – Nutrition

• Partner with Sales to advance opportunities by leading discovery, delivering tailored demonstrations, validating technical fit, and supporting RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and proposal development. • Serve as the school nutrition solutions expert, providing guidance on workflows, industry trends, product differentiation, and ROI for both technical and business stakeholders. • Translate customer requirements into strategic solution recommendations and compelling value propositions that address operational and compliance needs. • Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and customers, ensuring effective collaboration, feedback sharing, and seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation. • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing demo environments, refining solution design processes and reusable assets, improving customer storytelling, and removing obstacles that impact deal progression.
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar client-facing role
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology solutions in a pre-sales capacity
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with ability to connect customer needs to technical solutions
- Willingness to travel (as needed for customer engagements and events)
- It’s a bonus if you have experience in K‑12 education, school nutrition programs, or food service technology
- Familiarity with USDA compliance, menu planning, or back‑of‑house nutrition operations
- Knowledge of payments, eCommerce, or student account systems
- Ability to cross sell all School Solutions software offerings
- Experience working with RFPs and complex sales cycles.

This direct-hire position can be home-office based in most major US and Canadian cities, and requires up to moderate travel, as appropriate. Specifically, the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering has been created to provide an umbrella subscription service that provides functional and technical ERP sustainment to drive continuous NetSuite improvement and value.
