Job Requirements
- Extensive senior leadership experience leading large-scale agency or field sales organizations within insurance or financial services.
- A proven track record of growing agency distribution through recruiting, retention, productivity, and sales performance.
- Experience leading multi-line insurance businesses, including Property & Casualty, Life, Retirement, and Supplemental products.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue growth, profitability, incentive programs, and sales strategy.
- Success building high-performing leadership teams and developing future leaders.
- Experience leading organizational transformation, digital enablement, and innovative distribution strategies.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- A bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Insurance and securities licensing is a plus.
